Solicitor General Asks for Hold on Thomas More Petition

This is no surprise in light of the cert petitions filed in the Florida case (now named HHS. v. Florida), but the Solicitor General of the U.S. asked the Supreme Court to hold a cert petition that the Thomas More Law Center filed in late July pending resolution of the DOJ cert petition filed in HHS v. Florida.
